Shipping and Payment

Delivery Time and Tracking

Many of our items are available directly from the Wehr warehouse. The current time until your item is ready for delivery can be found directly on the item page. 4row works with the shipping providers DHL & UPS. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a tracking code to follow your shipment.

We do everything possible to ensure that your order reaches you quickly, but we cannot guarantee that our shipping providers will deliver within the specified timeframe.

Shipping Countries & Costs

Germany
For orders up to €200, we charge shipping and packaging costs of €6.50 when shipped with DHL. For orders over €200, delivery is free of charge.

EU Member States
We charge shipping and packaging costs of €14.50 when shipped with DHL. Concept2 rowing machines are excluded; please enquire about current delivery prices.

Additional rates, e.g. for express shipping, will be displayed during the checkout process.

United Kingdom & Non-EU Countries
Shipping is only possible by prior arrangement. Please provide the item numbers, quantities, and full delivery address. We will then prepare a corresponding offer for you.

Switzerland
Orders can only be placed through this shop.

Shipping Addresses

If no alternative delivery address is specified, the order will be shipped to your billing address. If you choose DHL as the shipping method, you may provide a DHL Packstation as the delivery address. Please make sure to fill in the fields exactly as shown below.

Valid only for DHL Packstation:

  • Address addition: Your personal Postnummer

  • Street: “Packstation”

  • House number: Three-digit Packstation number

  • Postal code & city: Details of the Packstation

Pickup

Pickup of orders in Wehr is possible after prior arrangement.

Payment

You can pay via advance payment, PayPal, credit card, instant transfer, Giropay, or EPS.

Returns

With the order confirmation, we send a return form via email. It contains detailed instructions and the address for returns. Returns are usually not free of charge.
