Delivery Time and Tracking

Many of our items are available directly from the Wehr warehouse. The current time until your item is ready for delivery can be found directly on the item page. 4row works with the shipping providers DHL & UPS. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a tracking code to follow your shipment.

For current UPS Standard shipping times, please refer to this map.

We do everything possible to ensure that your order reaches you quickly, but we cannot guarantee that our shipping providers will deliver within the specified timeframe.

Shipping Countries & Costs

Germany
Shipping and packaging costs of 5.00€ apply for orders under 150€ when shipping with DHL. Orders over 150€ are shipped free of charge.

EU Member States
Shipping and packaging costs of 12.90€ apply for orders under 250€ when shipping with DHL. Orders over 250€ are shipped for 7.50€. This does not apply to Concept2 rowers; please inquire about the current delivery prices.

Additional rates, e.g., for express shipping, are displayed during the checkout process.

United Kingdom & Third Countries
Shipping is only possible upon prior arrangement. Please provide the item numbers, quantities, and the full delivery address. We will then provide you with a corresponding offer.

Switzerland
Orders can only be placed through this shop.

Shipping Addresses

If no different delivery address is provided, delivery will be made to your billing address. If you select DHL as the shipping method, you can specify a DHL Packstation as the address.

Pickup

Pickup of orders in Berlin is possible after prior arrangement.

Payment

You can pay via advance payment, PayPal, credit card, instant transfer, Giropay, or EPS.

Returns

With the order confirmation, we send a return form via email. It contains detailed instructions and the address for returns. Returns are usually not free of charge.
